INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE : 

- I was an intern at The Star Performing Arts Centre from March to August 2025 and was under the Rigging (Staging) Department.
- I have learned how to operate the fly bars through an operating system call Raynok under my supervisor's supervision and guidance. By the end of my internship, I was able to operate the system and move the fly bars safely.
- I also learned stage cues and spotting to ensure the safety of those on stage and my staff, as certain fly bars has lighting fixtures that we need to take note of.
- In addition, learning different types of stage equipment's such as risers, truss and drapes.

CONTRIBUTIONS : 

For my contributions :
- Time management and team player. I ensure that work is done within a certain time and deadlines are met.
- Worked with people of different age range and personalities, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and understood the task given by supervisors.
 

COLLABORATION :

- I work closely with other departments, which consists of :
> Lighting Department
> Video Department 
> Audio Department 
So it is very important that we have good communication skills with each other to ensure that the show runs smoothly and there is no miscommunication and errors. We also work closely with the Production Manager, who oversees the entire production .
